IFM Investors Melbourne
IFM Investors Melbourne headquarters is an 8,000 sqm, four-level workplace at 50 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne. Designed by Hassell and delivered by Renascent, the project transformed IFM Investors into a more flexible, open-plan workplace designed to support collaboration, staff experience and sustainability.
The fitout included upgraded workplace facilities, meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, integrated AV systems, custom Indigenous artwork, interconnecting stairs and material repurposing in line with the project’s sustainability goals. The project is associated with WELL Platinum standards, supporting its position as a high-performance workplace environment.
As part of the project’s material palette, GEO Flooring supplied American Biltrite ABPURE® with Nfuse® Technology - Hammered, one selected project colour. The product supported the workplace with a commercial rubber flooring solution designed for durability, low-maintenance performance, comfort underfoot, colour consistency and long-term specification confidence.

GEO Flooring supported the IFM Investors workplace project through the supply of ABPURE® with Nfuse® Technology - Hammered, helping deliver a commercial rubber flooring solution aligned with the project’s design intent, operational performance requirements and long-term workplace use.
The flooring selection should be positioned around durability, cleanability, comfort underfoot, low-maintenance performance, acoustic support, colour/design intent and specification confidence.
