Custom Colour Rubber Flooring Without Compromise
01 - Colour
Nominate Your Colour

The process begins with the colour your project requires. Provide GEO Flooring with your nominated Pantone or NCS colour reference. This becomes the starting point for the custom colour development process.
You provide / do: Pantone or NCS colour reference.
GEO Flooring does: Receives the nominated colour reference and begins the custom colour briefing process.
02 - Brief
Define the Application, Performance & Colour Composition

Once GEO Flooring receives the nominated Pantone or NCS colour reference, we work with the design team to understand how and where the flooring will be used, and what the project needs to achieve.
Project brief includes: area of application; expected performance outcomes; approximate volume; required slip resistance; roll or tile format; preferred surface texture / finish; CO₂ neutral preference where required; other technical or project requirements; and project cost parameters where appropriate.
Colour composition: The design team selects preferred accent colour granules from the standard American Biltrite accent granule palette. Typically, a minimum of three accent granule colours are selected, with the relative percentage of each nominated to control how strongly each accent appears in the finished floor.
You provide / do: Application, performance requirements, approximate volume, preferred format, product attributes and accent granule preferences.
GEO Flooring does: Reviews the project requirements, recommends the appropriate product platform and works with the design team to establish the custom colour composition for sampling.
03 - Sample
Manufacture the Custom Colour Sample

Once the product requirements and colour composition have been defined, a physical custom colour sample is manufactured. The sample reflects the nominated colour direction, selected accent granules, granule percentages, product format and surface finish so the design team can assess the proposed result before full production.
You provide / do: Review the physical custom colour sample.
GEO Flooring does: Coordinates sample manufacture and provides the sample for evaluation.
04 - Refine & Approve
Review, Adjust and Sign Off

The custom sample is reviewed against the project design intent, surrounding finishes, lighting conditions and overall colour scheme. If changes are required, the colour composition can be refined before final approval. Once approved, the final sample becomes the production reference.
You provide / do: Review, request refinements if required, and approve the final sample.
GEO Flooring does: Coordinates any agreed adjustments and confirms the approved custom colour for production.
05 - Produce
Following final approval, the flooring is manufactured to the agreed custom colour and product specification. The finished product is produced in accordance with the approved colour reference, accent granule composition, format, surface finish and project requirements.
You provide / do: Proceed with the final specification and approved product selection.
GEO Flooring does: Coordinates production, technical documentation and supply of the approved custom colour flooring.
