IFM Investors Melbourne headquarters is an 8,000 sqm, four-level workplace at 50 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne. Designed by Hassell and delivered by Renascent, the project transformed IFM Investors into a more flexible, open-plan workplace designed to support collaboration, staff experience and sustainability.

Located at One Festival Tower in the Adelaide CBD, the Deloitte Adelaide workplace is a 6,300 sqm, 3.5-level fitout designed to support collaboration, innovation, wellbeing, flexible work and client engagement. The workplace brings together flexible work zones, social hubs, meeting spaces and an interconnecting feature stair, reflecting Deloitte’s future-focused approach to workplace planning and its continued growth in South Australia.

The Wingaru is a purpose-built STEM and PDHPE facility at Saint Ignatius’ College, Riverview — one of Australia’s leading Jesuit schools, founded in 1880 on the Lane Cove River in Sydney. The five-storey building provides dedicated spaces for Science, Technology and Applied Studies, Engineering, Mathematics and Personal Development, Health and Physical Education, along with pastoral care houses, shared learning environments and a ground-floor canteen.

Located within Quay Quarter Tower in the Sydney CBD, the Deloitte Workplace is a large-scale commercial interior designed to support hybrid work, collaboration, client engagement and employee wellbeing across a high-performance workplace environment.

CBA Lighthouse at Darling Quarter in Sydney is Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s reimagined workplace campus — a large-scale commercial interior designed around flexibility, collaboration, wellbeing and long-term sustainability. The project revitalised two existing low-rise buildings into a light, calm and highly adaptable workplace across approximately 58,000 sqm, achieving a 6 Star Green Star rating — the highest possible under the Green Building Council of Australia’s rating system.
